17. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Outdoor Kitchen & Patio agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by contacting us in writing.

19. Severability
